Late last night (Rob's birthday) Robbie and McKensie came into our bedroom with 2 new Beach Cruiser bikes for our birthdays! (my birthday is tomorrow- Rob's and my birthdays are separated by April Fools Day, hmmm) Aren't they cute? Rob's is orange and mine is purple with flowers on it-loyal Suns colors. So this morning Rob and I went out riding. We rode all around the neighborhood and then went to see the new Fresh and Easy grocery store that just opened up by us. We didn't have locks for our bikes so they let us park them in the store :) The day was beautiful and the fragrant smell of orange blossoms was in the air-it was perfect!
Dad came by last night and asked me out on a Daddy Daughter Birthday Date. After we got the bikes this morning I asked Dad if we could skip going to a restaurant and just ride our bikes over to Subway for lunch and then ride around for awhile. He agreed and we had such a fun time. After Subway we rode to the new Fresh and Easy grocery store and checked it out (since I was just there this morning with Rob and knew all about it ). Then he rode home with me, dropped me off and headed to his house. I love living so close to him and my other siblings. I have such a dear father and am grateful for him every day. Thanks for a fun date Dad!
Dad pretended he was having a heart attack after our biking date :) He is actually in great health and a fun date too!

Those bikes are sooo cute! And I can tell just by your pictures that it was a perfect day! I'm so jealous! They say it might snow again this weekend! YUCK! I love the picture of Grandpa acting like he is tired! He is a hoot! Love you Mom!

oh, that is too fun! matt and i both have bikes and we go for rides all the time (well now when there is no snow...hopefully soon) we have a trailer that we pull gracie in...love it.

My mom and dad just left from Provo today, Tyson is now in the MTC and they are empty nesters, can you beleive how time flies. We love you guys!
